I used a Microsoft Kinect to turn our Copperdollar visitors into skeletons!

I created a program that projected a live camera feed so that visitors to our Day of The Dead festival night at The Old Market in Brighton would see themselves as they entered.
Using the 3D data stream from the Kinect, I could find the bone pivot points of each human visible and overlaid a 3D skeleton to match their body and movement.
